Secret Closet reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effictive constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
All products must be paid in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Secret Closet reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including and error in price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order and in the case your item is unavailible. Your contract with Secret Closet is relevant once we receive your payment and order.
Prices of products, services,delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and of course are subject to avilibility.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
The circumstance in which we are obliged to make a refund or return is detailed in our returns policy. Our customers also receive as well as their invoice a RETURNS & EXCHANGE slip, there are mandatory conditions that must be met before returning your garment.
We do not accept any responsiblilty for for lost orders as a result of third party negligence or otherwise, so far as we can provide proof of shipment. If you have not received your order please email us immediately.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and has left our warehouse you will receive a email with a tracking number to track your parcel. Instructions on how to track your parcel willl be on the shipping notification.
- For Australian customers, if you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a calling card and your parcel will be redirected back to your local post office for collection.
- For New Zealand customers, if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card by DHL and you can contaact DHL Express to schedule redelivery on 0800800020
Generally, orders placed before 9:00am AEST each business day are packed and sent the same day.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery. in most cases this could mean that a attempted delivery has occured and is waiting for you at your local post office.
