CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONLINE IF I HAVE ALREADY PLACED IT?

Unfortunately, once you have placed our order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team  have already started prossessing your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, your welcome to to email our customer service team who will then advise you on how to return it for a refund or credit coupon.

You will also recieve a RETURNS & EXCHANGES slip with your garment. Please choose carefully before purchasing your garment.

 

 HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE I CAN RETURN MY ITEM?

Any returns MUST be sent back within the 14 days of purchasing your parcel.

 

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN/WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR CREDIT COUPON?

Depending on how you post your return back, it will generqally take between 2-3 business days to reach our warehouse. Once we have received it, it will be processed between 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.

 

 WHAT IF IM NOT HOME WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to your local/nominated Post Office.

 

 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a email with your tracking number. Please check your spam/junk for your email.
